Prices are in euros (EUR) and exclude VAT. Where it applies, VAT is added at checkout, and you see the amount in your local currency before you confirm.
Every new company gets 14 days of Pro, no card needed. If you choose a plan sooner, the rest of the trial stays and the first payment is only when it ends. After the trial, a company with up to 5 employees moves to Free. A bigger one picks a paid plan; until it does, it works as usual for 7 more days, and after that its data is read-only.
On a paid plan, every active employee is billed, and within a period the most active ones. A new employee is charged pro rata to the end of the period; when someone leaves, their seat stays paid until the period ends and the next employee takes it at no extra charge.
Payments are handled securely by Paddle, our merchant of record, which also issues the invoices.
